Anyone who even halfway knows me, knows I LOVE Amy Winehouse. I think she is the most amazing voice of my generation. She is the best singer and songrwriter out right now I think. Shes also haunted with addiction and a heavy dose of drama - but that doesnt make me like her any less. I actually wanna save more poor Amy.
I usually send my friends Katie and James the daily Amy update. Because trust me daily there is news and pictures of what Amy gets into - she like the American Britney Spears (when she was constantly in the news). Except that Amy has talent, and although sad - at least she doesnt have children that are dragged into the situation.
Anyhow, I email then the daily Amy - so I will just post them now. Todays Daily Amy - the Candywoman Can! She went out of her flat in Camdem with pops for the children passing by on the street. A sweet gesture sure, but kinda creepy in its own way.
Amy will be playing at a billionaires daughters charity auction this weekend, and I hoping it goes well. Her last concert, last week in Rio, was disasterous. She is playing a summer UK festival this year, headlining in Glastonbury (big business). Hope she makes it through and can come to the States. I am dying to see her. Reguardless of what she does - Im gonna love her.
