Method Mickey


Mickey Rourke (yes that is him pictured, from the 80's when he was hot to trot) opened up to Mens Health Journal how he bulked back up to prepare for his Golden Globe winning role in the Wrestler. He trained twice a day with an Israeli cage fighter for four hours and ate up to 7 seven large meals a day to bulk up. He plainly puts it: "When I'm a wrestler, I behave like a wrestler."
