Jim's gay movie causing a stir

Sundance has begun and the film getting the most buzz is "I love You Phillip Morris" starring Jim Carrey and Ean McGregor as the gay romantic leads. It was written oddly enough by the writer of Bad Santa (a funny movie for sure, but a shocking next project). It played in the largest theatre for the festival, and it was packed. The responce afterwards was quite a mix. Some theatre-goers were downright pissed saying that the movie was nothing but stereotypes and seemed the 2 actors did the role just to get awards attention. However other groups praised the film and called it brave and daring. In a post-screening Question and Answer session an audience member stood up and asked : "What are the people involved in this movie going to do to support the LGBT community?" Jim Carrey answered: "What am I going to do to for the gay community? I am going to love and tolerate them."

Interesting answer.
