Amy Winehouse has recieved divorce papers from her jailed husband Blake. She has given them to her lawyers, and the divorce should be settled soon (as in the UK its a very quick procedure). Amy did not sign a pre-nup and it is feared in her camp that the jailbird will try to get as much money as he can.
