Courtney Love is okay - you may remember a couple of days ago she fell on the street in LA and asked some random schmoe to push her home in a grochery cart because her feet hurt. Well turns out she wasnt lying - Courtney broke 2 toes, but never fear she was seen out shopping at Chloe today rocking a hot cast.
