Amy Winehouse showed up on time and in excellent form for the Oxegen festival in Ireland yesterday. She treated a screaming crowd of over 8000 fans to an hour long set including all her hit songs. Unlike Glastonbury, or other recent appearances, there were no problems. The Irish Times article about the performance was intitled: Flawless Performance from troubled but Talented Winehouse. The crowd was so enthusiastic they chanted "Amy Amy Amy!" for 30 minutes after the singer left the stage!! Still can't find any youtube clips but I am sure they will be available soon.
Tonight we shall see if Amy shows up for her Headlining gig at the T in the Park festival in Scotland. I sure hope so!
