This is strange, and kinda sad. Mary-Kate Olsen has been issued a subpoena to testify about the Heath Ledger death case. Traces of oxy-cotin were found in his hotel room (and perhaps his system although they didnt release that info). He was staying at Mary Kate's apartment building, and had called her in the hours leading up to his death. Mary-Kate today refused to testify, saying she would only do it if she was guaranteed immunity. What?! What's she hiding?
