It hasn't been a great month for Courtney Love. She's broken her toes, been carted around LA in a grochery cart, left a courtroom talking as if she were on the oscar red carpet, enjoyed a dinner with gweneth paltrow and chris martin, lambasted billy corigan for not performing at her daughters birthday party, claimed ryan adams stole 580 thousand dollars from her, and NOW: she is being sued...... for one million dollars!
Los Angeles-based London & Co claims the former Hole singer broke an oral contract to share five per cent of any of her earnings or those from her company, The End of Music. Love, the widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, sold a portion of her rights to the band's publishing catalogue in 2006. However, it was unclear whether the business and management accounting firm is claiming a share of $975,000 from that deal.

Sounds fishy to me. Oral contract to me spells - lie.

P. Diddy is following in the footsteps of Donald Trump, and will soon be premiering his new reality show version of the Apprentice on MTV. However in a surprising reality show twist, this show has topped Big Brother this season (who has the oldest person ever on a reality series), P. Diddy will have the first ever african american transexual on his show. Laverne Cox (pictured left) may look like a gorgeous woman, well she is in many ways, but she is actually a pre-op transexual. Good for Diddy for opening the door. I hope she wins!

She Quit!

Kathy Griffins assistant, and co-hort on every season so-far of her Emmy award winning reality show, Jessica - has quit. There is no real reason that has been said why she quite - however a spokesperson for Jessica has said: "She had put up with Kathy for years, and she was fed up with it. She's ready to move on." BAM!

Well Brigitte Nielson premiered her new face and body last night in St. Tropez at a party for a rich heiress. (How she got the invite no one knows, but I digress). Anyhow - I will admit - shes looking good!!! She looks 20 years younger. And finally we have found out the main reason - she will be posing for Playboy again. Daily Amy 3: Helping addicts??

Amy Winehouse has reportedly decided to put her extensive experience of drug taking to good use by helping other addicts.

This all sounds very fishy to me, because as much as I want to believe it, I cannot believe that Amy is clean of drugs just yet. But a source in her camp has put out the following release:

"Amy feels so much better in herself and has decided she wants to make a difference and give something back to people who are battling with addictions. Despite what's being said, she's doing really well and has turned a corner. She's looking for a new house to start afresh and desperately wants to get her life back on track. She has been helping not only herself, but a close friend get off of drugs. She's spoken to rehab centers and addiction clinics about doing volunteer work and has offered to do some talks to the in-patients about her experiences and how she overcame what have been some of the hardest, darkest days of her life. Her family have been a rock for her and she feels like she owes others something."

I just hope Amy puts herself first. But this sounds like a huge step in the right direction if it is real.

Daily Amy 2: Reaction

Amy has finally publicly reacted to Blakes 27 month jail sentence. And she sounds surprisingly upbeat. Here are some comments she has made in recent press junkets:

"It doesn't matter how long I have to wait, I will wait for my husband."

"When he gets out I want to have at least 5 kids. I want twins. Blake will be the most amazing father ever. Just you wait and see."

"We are not in an open relationship, I am not cheating on him, he is not cheating on me. Were obsessed with each other. I want nothing but him, and I will have it soon. Sooner than you think."

"Anyone who wants to talk badly about my husband, then talk badly about me. Because we are one. And if you don't like us - then fuck off - were gonna stay together."

Her parents even had some okay things to say about Blake too, her father was quoted as saying:

"If Blake comes out of prison and proves to be a positive influence on Amy, then they will have a fantastic life, and he will make his parents very proud. The other option is just not tenable. I don't know if the extra five or six months he has to spend in prison will make a difference, I just don't know. Amy wants to have children, probably with Blake, and they will become her drug of choice because she is mad about kids."

No thats not Amy with her parents today. Its the new waxwork figure of her which was inducted to the music hall of fame room at Madame Toussands wax musueam in London. Her parents Mitch and Janis were there for the unveiling, and they were both shocked at the likeness.

Britney: Good then bad bad

Recovering pop princess Britney Spears mad one hell of a visual comeback last night at Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carreys autism awareness fund raiser (the funny couple have raised millions over time, Jenny's son is autistic). Britney showed up to the event looking glamorous and just like her old self. I havent seen her look this good in a long time (pictured on left). She was on her best behavior and was pictured drinking water all night. Good for her.

However, today pictures surfaced of Britney and son and a pack of cigarettes. People have different views on this, but the pictures show Britney smoking around her son, and her young son even picking up a pack of ciggys and pulling one out. Here are the scandalous pictures:


















To me these pictures ARE disturbing. Here's why. As a smoker there is one thing I would NEVER EVER do. And thats smoke around a child, mine or anyone elses. No matter what. When I have children one day, and I plan to, I will either quit smoking or my child will NEVER know that smoke. They will never see it, or smell it, or be around it. Thats just awful, no matter who does it. Britney should know better. But obviously she doesn't. Boo.

Stand by your friend

I like this news. But first the bad, British music mag NME has released its year end nominations for music. Although Amy Winehouse was nominated for song of the year (Love is a Losing Game) she was also nominated for biggest villain in the music industry. That's mean. And her long time friend Kelly Osbourne isnt standing for it. At the premiere of the Dark Knight last night Kelly said the following:

"Kelly what do you think about your friend Amy's nomination for best villain?"
"I wonder what you define as a villain. Amy is my best mate. I don't talk about my friends. Thank you and goodbye."

Daily Amy: Guess Style Icon

Guess has chosen its style icon for this season. And its none other than Amy Winehouse. This is the second designer that has chosen Amy as inspiration. Karl Lagerfeld, last year, had an Amy Winehouse runway show, where his clothes were designed along with the singers style and trademark bee-hive and makeup. Guess is shooting current ads with models dolled up in a bee hive and thick black eye liner as well.

Little Miss Love

Frances Bean, Courtney Love and Kurt Cobains daughter, has grown up gracefully. She is quite pretty. And she is quite busy carving out her own career as a model. She has had a 5 page photo shoot in Vaity Fair, and other work coming soon. However her summer job? An intern at Rolling Stone magazine. Fantastic!

Round 2?

The fight continues. Today, the day after Omarosa owned her on her own show, Wendy Williams released this statement:

"I wanted to throw her off the set. Omarosa wished her career was mine. She is a pathetic, delusional, D-list celebrity."

BAM! I'd have to agree Wendy. But I would also say that you are just as washed up, and fugly on top of that. BAM! Score 1 for me.

Just wait and see - Wendy will invite her back on for a rematch, no one knew she had a show until this fight happened. It spells ratings. And they both are willing to whore themselves out for ratings.

Cat fight!

I am sure no one has watched the show before now, but Wendy Williams has a talk show "The Wendy Williams Show". She is a shock-jock ala Howard Stern (just without much creativity and or talent). I have always had a dis-taste for Wendy because she is the Queen of interviewing people on the red carpet and as soon as they leave talking trash about them behind their back. She has targeted some of my favorite people before, including my girl Lil Kim. So it was a delight to see what went down on her show this week. Her guest: Omarosa (the D list celebrity star of the apprentice, celebrity apprentice, surreal life, and just about anything that will have her). Now one thing I can say about Omarosa - I do find her entertaining. She is a bitch colder than no other. But for some reason, I see the fun in it. She is a character - and she has molded that character to fit into any trashy reality show that will have her. The sad thing is she probably is really smart, she was a member of the Clinton campaign and worked for him in the White House. However now she has declined to being the proffessional bitch. So to see 2 "proffesional bitches" go at each other on tv was hillarious. To Omarosa's credit - she even turned some of Wendy's audience members against her as she digged into Wendy Williams. They both got some good digs in: Wendy called Omarosa the stereotypical angry black woman, to cheers from the audience. Omarosa rebounded saying: "I'd rather be an angry black woman than a buffoon." clearly calling Wendy one, to even bigger applause. Then Wendy digged into her personal life saying that she was always alone on the red carpet and asked her if she even dated at all. To which Omarosa, obviously grasping for straws, asked Wendy if she had had a nose job. Wendy said no. And Omarosa to some boos, said "Just look at the before and after photo's .. before and after!" Then Wendy snapped back with her best insult saying Omarosa should get some botox to thin out the wrinkling on her face, the audience went crazy. And then Omarosa got the last laugh saying: "If I were you I would get a wig that didn't stand off of my head about 3 inches." - No one could help but laugh, and a defeated Wendy Williams had met her match. Its hard to pick a winner because in the end they are both pretty much nobodies, but I kinda like Omarosa, so I will go with her.

R.I.P. Estelle Geddy

The youngest Golden Girl (shockingly since she played the oldest on the show and looked the oldest in life) Estelle Getty has passed away. She was 84 when she passed on yesterday and will surely be missed. She suffered for the past 7 years with dimentia. Hope shes in a better place. What a funny lady! R.I.P.

Mother beater?!

He's the star of the biggest movie of the summer .. oh wait .. ever according to the box office. So what does Christian Bale do to celebrate? Apparently beat his mother and sister. ... You read it right. He was arrested yesterday on assault charges brought on from his mother and sister. He was taken from a hotel where he was staying in London for the premiere of his movie. He turned himself in.

Pamela Anderson would be happy. Jessica Simpson performed her first country tour stop last night, and it didn't really go to well. She was performing third at the Country Thunder Festival in Wisconsin, and is touring country music festivals all summer to promote her first country album. When she began she was greeted to loud boos from most of the audience. And they didn't stay too long either, by the end of her 45 minute set over half of the crowd had moved on to other acts. Ouch.

Bond singer is..... ??

The latest news on who would be the singer or the Bond theme was Alicia Keyes. Amy Winehouse (the original choice) went on record 2 days ago as being "deeply hurt" and "angry" that she had been bumped from the position because she had written 3 different versions which the producers loved. (The reason she was bumped is because, she did have an awesome song they loved, but she never went into the studio and recorded it). Then every name in the book was thrown around from Beyonce, to Leona Lewis, to Keyes. Well now the singer has been named. And its .... Duffy. Wow, bold choice. I like Duffy's cd "Rockferry" and I would have liked it better if Amy Winehouse would have sung it. I do like her, don't get me wrong. But its looking like an obvious Wino knock-off with the movie choosing her. I think they were better off going with Keyes if they didn't want Amy - that way the song would have taken a new life. This way - it will have the same type of feel - just not be near as good.

NO slam to Duffy (honestly) I do like her. I just don't think she is as good as Amy.

Still in!

My 2 favorites on Big Brother 10 are still in and not nominated this second week. Its a shock since loud-mouthed and constantly telling-it-like-it-is Renny's biggest foe is the Head of Household. I just think these two are the funnest, and I hope they can make it all the way together. (they won't)

Courtney MAD AS HELL

Courtney Love (or maybe Koko Cherry) has accused alt-country-indie rock musician Ryan Adams of stealing 858,000$ of money that Kurt Cobain left their daughter Frances Bean. She said all the money he used to finance his 2003 album "Rock and Roll" was either hers or her families. She claims, and has claimed, that over 70 fraudulent credit cards were created years ago with her name on them, and has over time lost over 72 million dollars of hers and Kurts money. She was recently shocked to find that one of the cards was credited to studio time, cover art, songwriting payouts, and all the work on Ryan Adams album. She is steaming mad and wrote on her myspace page the following rant:

Does this make you feel like a big man Ryan (not Bryan) Adams? Stealing from a suicide? A martyred hero? As god is my witness you will pay back every fucking penny of the 858,000 dollars you stole to make "Rock and Roll". Wow, you were living it up big huh? Most of the people reading this don't even know who I am talking about - and certainly haven't heard your shitty album. You're just this big cult-wannabe-Dylan. And your record is one of the worst I have ever heard in the history of rock and roll. No the history of music. Why name a record Rock and Roll when it has nothing to do with rock at all? It should have been named Piece of Shit. Even that doesn't describe what you put together with my money. Don't worry I will get you and make you pay me back every fucking cent.

Ryan Adams has not responded. Probably because he knows if he does Courtney will kill him.

From sex book to sex tape

Some shocking news in the ever-overhyped Madonna/A-Rod "affair". Now someone is claiming to have an hour long sex tape showing the two having some dirty sex. He is also reportedly trying to sale it for 2 million dollars. Who knows what to believe anymore? The more news coming out, the more it may be true ... but honestly I DONT CARE! I love Madonna no matter what - and her music is what matters.

Daily Amy 2: No Party Pooper

So Amy did go out and party last night. Apparently she left her home at 3am, and stayed out well until morning. She was with friends, and closed a bar down - not wanting to go home she then went to an all night flower shop and bought over 200 dollars worth of flowers - perhaps thinking she could give them to Blake if he had returned home today. She appeared unstable and was crying in the street on and off on-lookers said. She was also smoking all night.

Daily Amy: 27 more months

Well its all around bad news for Blake Civil-Fielder, otherwise known as Mr. Amy Winehouse. Today he was shockingly sentenced to 27 more months in jail. Also shocking is that Amy was not in court today for the sentencing - which she was expected at. Last night she reportedly did some partying saying: "tonight is my last night alone!" - Sadly she was not right. However there is speculation that Blake may only serve as little as 5 months before being let out. I don't know whats better, but I hope Amy can keep it together now without him, coz she has certainly fallen apart since he's been in jail.
