Just 2 days after claiming to be clean in an interview, Blake has failed a drug test IN rehab - and is headed back to jail. The relapse defies the terms of his 27-month sentence, extending a stay in jail til 2010. Amy, still in the hospital, was visited by Blake who rushed to her before he returned to jail. Amy denied his visit.
Silly Blake, if he would have stayed in jail for 1 more month instead of taking the exit to rehab, he would now be out of jail completely. But alas he decided to fail at rehab. Send him back to jail so Amy can move on with the divorce and her life!
